Over the course of two major events, BWAHlloween and the STEPN GO Raffle Mint, we let these chaos Rabbids take over our socials, apps, and even our design team. The result?
Screaming, plungers, too much toilet paper, and some of the most unforgettable sneakers we’ve ever made.
Here’s how it all went down:
BWAHlloween: The Invasion Begins
In true Rabbid fashion, the takeover started without warning.
Our socials glitched. Carrots appeared in places they shouldn't. And by the time we realized what was happening, the Rabbids were already in the app.
From October 28 to November 2, every Sneaker mint came with a 50% chance of getting one of four special-edition Halloween Rabbids Sneakers.
The lineup was... concerning (but also incredible):
Walker Rabbid Zombie: Slow, loud, definitely undead. Tried to bite our Sneakers.
Jogger Rabbid Ghost: Floated into our codebase and wouldn’t stop moaning “BWAAAH.”
Runner Rabbid Monster: Had too many eyes. Used none of them. Ran into a wall.
Trainer Rabbid Pumpkin: Put a pumpkin on his head, declared himself king of STEPN, and started pressing buttons.

Each sneaker came with a spooky dose of Rabbid madness and real in-app utility. Like all STEPN sneakers, you could walk or jog with them to earn rewards. Just... maybe don't ask how the Monster one sees where it's going.
The Raffle Mint: Rabbids in STEPN GO
We thought the Rabbids were gone after Halloween. We were wrong.
They found the Raffle Mint tab in mooar.com, pressed something they shouldn’t, and accidentally launched a full-blown drop of 200 animated Genesis Sneakers.
From November 10 to 13, users could enter the Raffle Mint for 9,000 GMT per ticket (fully refunded if not selected).
What they had a chance to win? Some of the wildest sneaker designs we’ve ever animated, all built in direct collaboration with Ubisoft’s Rabbids team.
Walker: Made entirely of naked Rabbids. Wiggly. Loud. Somehow… elegant?
Jogger: Mid-toilet-paper ambush. Constant spinning. Slightly disrespectful.
Runner: Built-in treadmill with a Rabbid who hasn’t stopped running since mint day.
Genesis: Tagged in yellow graffiti by a Rabbid who spray-painted our keyboard.

All animated. All usable. All ridiculous.
A Collab Like No Other
This project broke all the rules, and we loved every second of it.
We got to bring one of the most iconic Ubisoft IPs into STEPN. We let them mess up our clean UI. We let our community mint toilet-papered sneakers and get chased by a Sneaker with legs.
And most of all, we had fun. Because that’s what Rabbids are all about.
Thanks to everyone who minted, laughed, survived the screaming, and collected these truly cursed masterpieces. Until next time: | ![]() |
